What surveillance actually gets you
Suspicion is not evidence. Surveillance replaces what you think is happening with a documented record of what did happen: where someone went, when they arrived, how long they stayed and who they were with.
Our investigators use covert techniques, long-lens photography and video to build that record without the subject ever knowing an investigation is underway. You receive the footage alongside a written investigator report setting out times, locations and observations.
When people call us
Most surveillance work falls into a handful of situations:
- Confirming or ruling out an affair
- Family law matters where a parent’s conduct or living arrangements are in dispute
- Child custody disputes requiring an independent account of care arrangements
- Employers checking suspected fraudulent sick leave or secondary employment
- Businesses monitoring a competitor’s conduct where a contract has been breached
How we work
We start with a phone call. You describe the situation, we tell you honestly whether surveillance is likely to get you what you need, and we scope the hours accordingly. No investigation starts before you know the likely cost.
From there our investigators deploy. Because we are based in the Sydney CBD, we can often begin the same day. You get progress contact during the job rather than silence until an invoice arrives.
What it costs
Surveillance is quoted by the hour and scoped to your situation, because a two-hour observation and a multi-day operation are not the same job. Call us and we will give you a realistic estimate before anything begins. Our fees are more reasonable than most people expect.
What surveillance cannot do
Surveillance cannot tell you what was said inside a private home, and we will not pretend otherwise. It cannot read messages, access accounts, or produce a recording of a private conversation, because doing any of that would be unlawful and would destroy the value of everything else we gathered.
What it can do is establish where someone went, when they arrived, how long they stayed and who they were with, on time-stamped video with a written investigator report. In most matters that is the question that actually needed answering.
